Payment must be made in full at checkout or via instant EFT.
Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank EFT. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are accurate.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

• PUDO locker-to-locker or locker-to-door

• Courier services such as The Courier Guy, PostNet, or similar

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Returns without prior approval may be declined.
Approved refunds may be subject to a handling or processing fee (for example, 10%).
Orders that are not collected within 30 days of dispatch will be considered abandoned and will not be refunded.
